White Moss Matcha Tea Bowl

A hand thrown Matcha tea bowl decorated with my handmade glazes based on Japanese traditional recipe and different type of textured clay included local natural clay.

Created this white texture glazing inspired by a recipe from of Japanese traditional glazing technique. She has created her own recipe adapted to her own style and named this glazing “Miayko Greay” from far colour of her studio assistant cat, Miyako.

One of a kind bowl.

The bowl is for Matcha bowl originally but good size for soup or rice.
